2. Products, Sizing & Imagery
We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our garments with maximum precision. However, variations in monitor calibration and screen displays may cause minor color deviations. All items are cut according to South Asian body ergonomics and tailored to our published Size Guide.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on INORA are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors or price inaccuracies before fulfilling an order. Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and major digital payment gateways.
4. Orders & Delivery
Orders are verified and hand-inspected at our Dhaka atelier before dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by courier partners and may be subject to delays during national holidays or adverse weather conditions.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Hygiene Standards
Due to the intimate nature of luxury innerwear, items eligible for return must be unworn, unwashed, in pristine condition, and with all hygiene strips and original packaging fully intact. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for complete guidelines and timelines.

All designs, trademarks, brand names, visual media, text, and graphics displayed on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of INORA. Unauthorized reproduction, republication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
