Orders & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, all local debit and credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and cash on delivery within Dhaka, Chattogram and Sylhet city limits.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement before they enter our dispatch queue. Please contact our customer support team immediately with your order ID.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, every INORA piece is shipped in our signature dust bag and minimalist luxury box. Custom handwritten gift notes and premium gift packaging are available at checkout.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my correct bra size?
Please refer to our comprehensive Size Guide page for exact underbust and bust measurement instructions. You can also book a complimentary virtual fitting with our client advisors.
Do your pieces run true to size?
Yes, our pieces are cut and graded specifically for Bangladeshi and South Asian body proportions. If you are between band sizes, we recommend sizing down in the band and up in the cup.
What if my size is sold out?
You can sign up for restock notifications directly on the product page, or contact our concierge who can check boutique inventory or upcoming production runs.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Deliveries within Dhaka take 24–48 hours. Orders to Chattogram, Sylhet, and other nationwide locations are delivered within 2–4 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across Bangladesh and offer express international shipping to select countries in South Asia, the Middle East, the UK, and North America via DHL Express.
Returns & Care
Can I return innerwear?
For hygiene reasons, panties and adhesive bras cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. Unworn bras with original tags and hygiene seals intact may be exchanged within 7 days.
How should I care for my pieces?
We recommend hand-washing in cool water with mild liquid detergent or using a delicate laundry mesh bag on gentle machine cycle. Always lay flat to dry in shade and avoid tumble drying.
